Why do bands put this in song names?

alright so i listen to this band, The Legion of Doom, and all their songs on this one album are 'song name ( 'band' vs 'band')' ex: Lolita's Medicine (From Autumn to Ashes vs. Dead Poetic) by The Legion of Doom. i dont get it. is it meant to be a mash-up cover of those 2 bands and specific songs? its def. not the bands listed singing, its 100% the legion of doom. i'm just curious lol.
