How to use prayer urns on runescape?

i had just got on for like a week and i saw things called urns and i pretty much figured them out accpet for 1 class of them and that is prayer urns i used the impious ashes on a urn and air rune so now how do i fill it? and also if u will put a chart on wat runes go on wat urns like water on fishing thxx
