Fishing for people, in a dream...?

I go to a nice fishing vacation alone. Im sittin on the floor by the lake fishing happily relaxing like a little kid. Im catching something big and heavy reeling it quick before the line would rip. I catch a man who was shot needing medical or he be dead. I look around for help but I was alone and very worry I help him knowin all the knowledge of being a doctor and heal him, he leaves happy. I catch another, a woman saying "I need 50,000 or they kill my son" I look around for help, I had 50,000 dollars in my bag I gave it to her she leaves to save her son. I catch another, teenager girl who wants to commit suicide because her boyfriend cheated on her and betrayed her and left her, I sat down and gave her a speech that led her on in peace and left happy. I catch another, a little boy who never had parents and always wanted a family and I took him to a family close by and they took him in, he left with happy tears. I woke up. What does this mean?
