What do u guys think of a 3 bd 2 full bath for 400 a month per person?

That's actually sounds like a good price. I'm paying $550 a month in a different big college town and I thought I was doing good. Don't get too far from campus, even if you find a 4 bedroom. Any price difference would even out with gas money and it sucks being a few miles away when you sleep late!
