How's the economy for logging?

looking to do some logging in ohio on my property, select cut for hardwoods mainly oak just the bigger stuff, i logged it 20yrs ago and its getting to the point where the big trees are falling over because of sandy soil, 3 years ago i got a quot but the last few i was told not too till the economy calls for more wood and higher prices. whats the price on butt log, and mids on oak, in black red and white, some cherry also whats the price on hemlock? altogether worth doing?
