Steps to obtain Ash's Pikachu at Toys R Us and Celebi at GameStop?

Hi guys, I'm hoping to get Ash's Pikachu from Toys R Us before the promotion ends, and when I can I hope to get Celebi too. Can someone walk me through what I have to do to obtain either Pokemon, step by step? Thanks in advance for your help, guys!
