I am dying one ash blonde streak in my hair behind my ear??? (EMERGENCY!!)?

okay so it is behind my right ear at the corner of my hairline anyway the box said to leave it on for 25 mins and it has been 25 mins but nothing has happened... this is the first time i have ever dyed my hair... what do i do???
