Have linoleum in kitchen. Need something new. Do you like laminated hardwood flooring in a kitchen?

Laminate flooring in itself is nice, but it does not like moisture/water. If water lays on the floor too much, it will curl up at the seams and ultimately warp if too much water for too long. A better choice is real hardwood. The cost is greater, but they will last longer without warping. Laminate is protected on the top surface, but not on the edges/bottom where hardwood is sealed across the entire top side so that water cannot go through to the edges/bottom. If you keep your hardwood maintained, it will last for many years...
