Does this story match up? About neighbor's "Suicide"?

the fact that u know all this and yet the police know or dont care about any of it makes me scratch my head. this is clear evidence for further police investigation, esp if phone records dont match witness testimony. call the cops and make them do something. the only other option is to suffer mental anguish
